Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please email us at info@eastathome.com within 24 hours of receiving your order highlighting any problems and including any relevant images and we will help to rectify any issues.

Chilled and perishable food

Due to the perishable nature of some of the food products that we sell we cannot accept returns but will refund or replace items if there are any issues.

Non-perishable items

For faulty items

Please email us at info@eastathome.com highlighting any problems and including any relevant images and we will either refund or replace the item.

For non-faulty items

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it provided it is in an unused condition. Please email us at info@eastathome.com and we will guide you through the process.
  • Return postage is at the buyers expense, though a full refund on the item cost will be given.
  • Refunds will be given on all items within 7 days of receipt, subject to them being in an unused condition.
