Easy and clear to follow

Excellent book with clear, easy to follow recipes. Either buy the various ingredients pre-mixed or mix your own, all the necessary detail is there.

And the results are excellent! All in all a good book and a replacement for my venerable "Making curries like those you buy" of yesteryear. Similar principles but better represented.

Brilliant!

Although I haven't had chance to try any recipes, there is so much information about cooking tips, spices and the way they taste depending how they are cooked. Really helpful book. Thank you.

Madras

This was excellent so tasty and flavoursome. I made up all the ingredients as in the recipe book and froze all that was not needed. Really worth the effort a d can't wait to do the chicken jalfrezi. By the way I used beef instead of chicken gor the madras
So pleased would highly recommend the cookery book
Also doing onion bjahji scotch eggs.

Simply Stunning

I bought the BIR recipe book and made all the pastes and base sauce and decided to try the Paneer recipe first. Well, I made it exactly to the recipe and in my opinion it was better than any I have had in a restaurant, simply superb. Cannot wait to make a chicken Madras now. WOW, thank you so much.
