3. Product Information
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. However, variations in appearance, colour or packaging may occur. All products are subject to availability.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirms we’ve received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted once payment is processed and you receive a dispatch confirmation.
All prices include VAT (where applicable). Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store full card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver across the UK using trusted couriers such as DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier or weather disruptions.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our full Returns Policy can be found here. In summary, perishable items cannot be returned, but we’ll refund or replace any item that arrives damaged or incorrect. Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@eastathome.com. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may be eligible for a return in line with our Returns Policy.
8. Loyalty and Promotions
Any loyalty points, discount codes, or promotional offers are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
9. Allergens and Food Safety
All allergen information is provided on product packaging and our website. If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please check this information before purchasing. We cannot accept responsibility for reactions caused by undeclared allergies unless due to our negligence.
