Shipping Policy
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver across the UK.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most locations across the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver outside the UK at this time.
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our premises.
Please note that during busy periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Methods
- DPD or DHL – for most orders over £35 (tracked and typically delivered within 3 working days).
- Royal Mail Tracked – for smaller parcels under 1kg.
All delivery services are tracked, and you’ll receive an email or text notification with tracking updates once your parcel is on its way.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order value and weight:
- Free delivery on orders over £35
- £4.99 for orders under £35
- £2.99 for small orders under 1kg
Please note: Free delivery applies to orders over £35 after any discounts have been applied.
5. Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We aim to meet all delivery timeframes, but delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery, your courier will leave a calling card or contact you directly to rearrange. Please follow their instructions for redelivery or collection.
Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details may incur a redelivery charge.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact support@eastathome.com within 24 hours of receipt. Include photos and your order number so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
8. Perishable Goods
As many of our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for spoiled items resulting from missed deliveries or delayed collection.
