Storage instructions

Unopened Pouch

Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

After Opening

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Cooking instructions

1 SIZZLE: Dice 2 fresh chicken breasts (300g) and fry in oil for 3 mins in a wide-based pan.

2 SIMMER: Add the sauce and simmer on medium-high heat without lid for 10-15 mins, until chicken is cooked and sauce thickened.

TIP The curry is ready when the oil rises to the top. For a richer, thicker sauce, cook for a few more minutes.

Have tried many different saucescthst claim to be as good as restaurants, but these really do give you authentic taste, to be honest always add a few of my own ingredients but not necessarily needed, as a major curry fan I am impressed by all I have tried, madras is very good favourite is jalfrezi

Vegetarian bliss

I’m vegetarian and I love these sauces especially the madras sauce. I have it with chickpeas one night cauliflower and potato another night and any leftover vegetables I have at the end of the week another night, I am never disappointed. I serve them with chapatis, rice or baked potatoes. So versatile, delicious and easy to cook with. I recommend you try them if you want a quick easy tasty meal. Best curry sauce I’ve tried.
