Storage instructions

Unopened Pouch

Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

After Opening

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Cooking instructions

1 SIZZLE: Dice 2 fresh chicken breasts (300g) and fry in oil for 3 mins in a wide-based pan.

2 SIMMER: Add the sauce and simmer on medium-high heat without lid for 10-15 mins, until chicken is cooked and sauce thickened.

TIP The curry is ready when the oil rises to the top. For a richer, thicker sauce, cook for a few more minutes.

Absolutely spot on

Absolutely spot on. Marinated chicken in part of the sauce and lemon juice overnight. Grilled the chicken on skewers, made the curry, and set out on pilau rice.
I have tried to make curries from scratch with limited success. There no need with these, great every time.

These sauces are a must for people who love curry,all the sauces taste different, and you can taste all the ingredients,even the hotter curries are not too spicey,unlike sauces in jars which are way too hot and not pleasant to eat,east at home is the only way i can make a curry now they are delicious and delivered to your door in about 2 days by courier excellent.
