I have already commented about the Madras sauce on Facebook. Since trying first the Parthia and then the Madras I have not gone back to βjarredβ sauces. These sauces are almost indistinguishable from my favourite Indian restaurant food. Fantastic with either chicken or prawn !
I made a chicken tikka bhuna & a massala on Friday- there was 3 of us & there certainly wasnβt any left overs!! Restaurant quality 5/5!
My favourite curry- chicken tikka bhuna, used the tikka spice mix to make the chicken then heated in the sauce, perfect!
