I like that the book not only gives you advice on using the curry sauces but also in depth recipes for cooking different curries from scratch
I’ve now purchased there sauces for over 6 months, I used to try all different well known and supermarket brands, nothing comes close to East at Home, top marks from me 😃
So nice! I spray mine each side with oil, 30 seconds in kitchen roll in the microwave and they’re like restaurant ones. I can’t eat the ones that are ready made in the shop now.
I make their mint sauce dip too. So easy and delicious.
F*cking delicious is the only way to describe this sauce. It has medium heat but still retains a nice flavourful spicy edge . I have used their other sauces, which are also very good , but this my favourite and well worth a try .
Superb cuisine with each curry having it's own individual flavour and spicing. All the full bodied flavours of the Indian continent but without all the hassle of having to spend hours making it. I cannot recommend East at Home too highly! Will continue to use them over take aways.
Bought a 3 pack of Vindaloo curry sauce from East at Home, my first time trying it.) It's a good quality sauce with good Vindaloo heat. (I read some reviews previously that said it didn't have a lot of heat, I didn't find this to be the case)
You get that the ingredients used are of good quality and I support this. I didn't feel that the sauce had a great depth of flavour, it's good, but I got heat over flavour and I've eaten Vindaloos from all around the country for the last 50 years. Sorry to say, I actually think the £2 Chicken Vindaloo that Iceland sells, tastes more like you would get from an Indian restaurant / takeaway, albeit the chicken isn't the best. I'd certainly order from EAH again but I think I expected a little more flavour from this sauce.
The sauces taste amazing, such great flavours. And I got them on offer as I bought a bundle which I picked myself.
This is by far the best spice kit for tikka out there today, I cook this in a tandoor for the smokie flavour but also fantastic under a hot grill.
Really impressed with the online curry order full of flavour, and the free apron was a brilliant bonus. Nice quality and a fun extra touch that made the cooking even easier!
This sauce is delicious, I just added cooked chicken breast to the sauce and the taste was very authentic.
