instructions, turned out ok but wasn't sure if i had put enough water in it, turned out ok though and tasted lovely. i used ghee instead of oil and also stirred in a tea spoon of turmeric at the beginning.

All the spices included in the kit was easy to use (apart from putting cling film over pan just melted use tea towel instead) would definitely recommend for rice with flavour.
