Spices have a shelf life of around 6-12 months if kept in ideal conditions. They can be kept longer than this but will start to lose their pungency. 

STORAGE TIPS

Keep Cool, Dark & Dry: Store in a cool, dark cupboard away from sunlight.

Seal Tight: Ensure the packet is sealed tightly after each use or keep the spices in an airtight container such as a jar.

Avoid Moisture: Keep away from stoves and sinks to prevent humidity.

Use Clean Spoons: Avoid cross-contamination with wet or used spoons.

Great way to get a pack of the spices you want as opposed to pre defined. Allspice packs I bought produced excellent flavour

I made the Rogan Josh kit last week. WOWWWW what a beauty of a meal. Easily one of the best curries I have ever tasted...superb.. One kit made 4 curries to which I added extra onions , pepppers and a tin of new potatoes (don't ask).

Did a Madras on Sunday, same additions, and again was blown away by the taste. I am about to re-order.....Why pay £12 - £14 for one, when you can get better tasting and 4 meals, for much less?

These spice kits produce the best curry ive had outside a restaurant. The steps are simplistic the taste is outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending these and i already have to several friends and colleagues.
