  • Onion Bhaji
  • Seekh Kebab
  • Tikka Marinade

 

Spices have a shelf life of around 6-12 months if kept in ideal conditions. They can be kept longer than this but will start to lose their pungency. 

STORAGE TIPS

Keep Cool, Dark & Dry: Store in a cool, dark cupboard away from sunlight.

Seal Tight: Ensure the packet is sealed tightly after each use or keep the spices in an airtight container such as a jar.

Avoid Moisture: Keep away from stoves and sinks to prevent humidity.

Use Clean Spoons: Avoid cross-contamination with wet or used spoons.

Simplicity as ever is the key

I took advantage of the mix and match, which meant I could have exactly what I wanted, so I got 4! It worked out cheaper so that’s a bonus, but it was the ease of the transaction that impressed me, there were no issues, just pick 4 and buy, not, you can’t have this, you can’t have that, just pick 4 and go, brilliant,

The seekh Kebab mix went down a storm at our recent BBQ, i will definitely be buying this again, i have also tried the Jalfrezi mix which was very nice indeed. I have yet to try the other two,
