Our exclusive rewards scheme is our way of saying thank you. By signing up for an East at Home account, you'll accumulate points through various activities on our site, such as making purchases. These points can be exchanged for discounts and rewards on future purchases. The more points you gather, the more you save.

Anyone who creates an East at Home account is automatically enrolled in the scheme.

You can earn points through a variety of activities, including making purchases and following us on social media. To discover all the ways to earn points, take a look at the 'Ways to Earn Points' section.

Take a look at the 'Rewards' section to see all the rewards we offer.If you have enough points for a reward, you will see a 'Redeem' button next to it (you need to be logged in to your account). To redeem a reward:

1. Click on the 'Redeem' button.

2. A code will show which you need to copy and paste on the checkout page.

3. For free product rewards, you need to add the item to your basket first.

Please note that discount codes and free rewards cannot be combined.

No, there's no limit. Feel free to earn as many points as you can.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Yes the points will expire 1 year after you have received them so don't forget to redeem them.

Unfortunately it is not possible to combine a normal discount code with a reward code, you can only use one or the other. You can however combine multiple reward codes on one order.
