Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At East at Home, we want ordering from us to be simple and flexible. This policy explains your options when purchasing our products, including subscriptions and cancellations.


1. Purchase Options

You can buy our products in two main ways:

  • One-Time Purchase – A single order placed through our website, paid in full at checkout.
  • Subscription Purchase – A recurring order managed through our subscription partner Appstle, giving you convenience and savings on your favourite items.


2. One-Time Purchases

Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, it enters our fulfilment process quickly. You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please email support@eastathome.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for available options.


3. Subscription Purchases

When you subscribe, you agree to recurring payments on the schedule you select (for example, every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). Payment is taken automatically at the start of each renewal period.

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting support@eastathome.com.

To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please make any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.


4. Failed or Missed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, our system will retry automatically. If the payment cannot be processed after several attempts, the subscription may be suspended until payment details are updated.


5. Changes to Products or Pricing

We may occasionally update product pricing or availability. Any changes will be clearly shown before your next billing cycle. You’ll have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue under the new terms.


6. Cooling-Off Period (Non-Perishable Items Only)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel a non-perishable item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.


7. Perishable Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a fault or error with your order.
