Unopened Pouch

Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

After Opening

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Another great sauce

This was the 2nd sauce i had from this range, and I was again impressed. I will be honest, it did look a little bland when i poured it out of the pouch. By the time it had sat and reduced a bit more it looked and smelled lovely and more importantly tasted great.

A revelation

I wondered about patthia for a while, tried this one and I’m now a convert. I think food critics might mention depth of flavour or similar, but I just thought it was great, lovely and incredibly moreish. Give it a go!
