Jalfrezi sauce
Just like my local takeaway only better. Fry off an onion and green pepper in some butter add in 1/4 chicken stock cube in 100ml of water , boil down add jalfrezi sauce and 1 tbsp white vinegar , boil down for more thickness / intensity add cookedchicken , lovely stuff
