Got this just to try and at first when I was mixing it was just sticking to my hands like glue so make sure you use extra flour on your hands to get it un-stuck.
Once made 6 x balls used 2 x of them and put the rest in the freezer, I emailed EAH about freezing the dough balls as don't need 6 made and they emailed back to say that you could freeze the dough balls :)
I heated up an empty frying pan on high heat and when was really hot I put the now flattened dough mixture in the pan and left it until the bottom was toasted and had some larger bubbles on top, I then stuck them under the grill until the bubbles had turned dark and then coated with a little butter and some garlic graduals/salt.
Was the best tasting naan I've had in years, will definitely be buying again. Even my mum loved it and she normally doesn't like naan breads :)
