A connoisseur of curry friend of mine told me how 'REAL' this madras curry tasted. So I ordered some and was so glad I did.
I am also a connoisseur, of good curry and I can honestly say it was as if I had ordered it from my local restaurant. I'm having one again tonight too.....RECOMENDED.

Consistency and texture good but from someone who has a Madras when out it lacked the heat and certain spices I'm used to, it was quite bland.

A Madras or vindaloo is a measure of how spicy you want your sauce and this was missing, feels like manufacturers are playing safe.

Better than what I've had from a jar.
