Storage instructions

Unopened Pouch

Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

After Opening

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

These sauces are absolutely fantastic, I think the vindaloo is my favourite one, followed closely behind by the madras.

Like the real deal, very quick and easy to make, can have a curry on the table in 15 mins.

Superb tasting sauce

Superb tasting sauce. I gave it a good 15-20 mins simmering in the pan and it came out lovely thick and rich. Nice kick to it.

Fantastic flavour

because I cook a meal for four I use 1 pre made sauce plus 1 full400g base gravy and 400g water

Then I add the fresh spices as per the recipe book and slow cook for4 hours chicken 6 hours lamb

The leftover sauce has now been converted into a Dhansak. It’s in the pot now
