Vindaloo sauce ....

Quite simply, the best home cooking sauce I have tased ! I know the sauce usually carries a vinegar tang to it (the home made sauces anyway) but none of this was evident which made it all the more satisfying. Will definitely order more.

Vindaloo with lemon and herb chicken skewers and low cooked for 15/20 mins . Superb with some onion baghies , delicious 😋
