Made myself a vindaloo useing the sauce,and even if i say so myself it was just like in the local indian restaurant.Infact even my wife enjoyed it and shes not fond of vindaloo curries.

Lamb vindaloo

Stew some lamb until soft, add some part boiled potatoes, add a pouch of Vindaloo and cook until the oil separates. Perfect every time.

The problem when reviewing food is that we all have diffrent tastes, but I am happy to review this product as "for me" it gave me exactly what I was looking for.

I found the sauce consistancy to be just right and the tangy, spicy rich flavor and spices where perfect. I loved the vibrant red color and the level of heat was just right for me.

I used it with King Prawns, chopped onion and mushrooms, and served it with pain boiled rice and some chopped parsley for extra colour.

Will def be adding this one to my list on the next order.

This is the best vindaloo I’ve ever had,just fry some onions and fresh green chilli and coriander with king prawns,goes more for flavour than overpowering heat,I have never had a vindaloo to come anywhere near this sauce
