Description

Made from dried and crushed hot chillies. This is what we use in our curries to add a fiery heat and flavour. Use sparingly if you prefer a milder heat in your curries or use Kashmiri Chilli instead.

Storage instructions

Spices have a shelf life of around 6-12 months if kept in ideal conditions. They can be kept longer than this but will start to lose their pungency.

I made a korma

I made a korma, but I like it extra hot, so I added some hot chili powder for that extra wow factor. it surtenly lives up to it's name hot hot hot.
