Storage instructions

Unopened Pouch

Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

After Opening

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

What’s Not to Like?

I’ve tried 2 of the sauces so far. I started with the Jalfrezi and made it with chicken and cauliflower (my go-to curry). It was very easy to make and the spice blend was lovely. It was quite hot for me, but my tolerance has dropped in recent years and wouldn’t be a problem for a seasoned heat eater. I did the Pathia next (chicken and cauli again) and it was delicious. The sour hint from the tamarind really lifts the curry. Being medium, it was more my heat level. I’m looking forward to trying the other 4 in the coming weeks and then buying a batch of my favourites. Spot on 👍
