Easy Tikka Masala

I have made masala paste from scratch, but this is much simpler, less messy and just as tasty. I would say you get a good 15 curry’s out of the pack, which makes it really good value.

I have the BIR recipe book but it's so much easier just to buy the paste. I freeze it in ice cube trays then put them into zip bags to use later.
