Enjoy a delicious Butter Chicken curry with minimal effort with our Butter Chicken spice kit. Just add a few simple ingredients to our special onion mix and Butter Chicken spices, and cook it all in one pot. It's easy, quick, and serves four. Perfect for a tasty meal without the fuss.

Just add:

600-800g chicken (thigh or breast) cut into chunks
3 tablespoons (100g) plain yoghurt
100g butter OR ghee
200ml water
1 tablespoon (15g) sugar
1 tin (400g) of chopped tomatoes
200ml single cream

No base gravy or any other spices needed.

Storage instructions

Spices have a shelf life of around 6-12 months if kept in ideal conditions. They can be kept longer than this but will start to lose their pungency.

STORAGE TIPS

Seal Tight: Ensure the packet is sealed tightly after each use or keep the spices in an airtight container such as a jar.
