Enjoy a delicious Dopiaza curry in under 30 minutes with our Dopiaza spice kit. Just add a few simple ingredients to our special onion mix and Dopiaza spices, and cook it all in one pot. It's easy, quick, and serves four. Perfect for a tasty meal without the fuss.

Just add:

600-800g chicken (or any other meat or veg of your choice)
4 tablespoons (60ml) vegetable oil
200ml water
½ green pepper cut into large chunks
1 medium (100g) onion cut into large chunks
1 medium (100g) onion finely diced
½ tin (200g) of chopped tomatoes
Handful of chopped coriander (optional)

No base gravy or any other spices needed.

Storage instructions

Spices have a shelf life of around 6-12 months if kept in ideal conditions. They can be kept longer than this but will start to lose their pungency.

STORAGE TIPS

Keep Cool, Dark & Dry: Store in a cool, dark cupboard away from sunlight.

Seal Tight: Ensure the packet is sealed tightly after each use or keep the spices in an airtight container such as a jar.

Avoid Moisture: Keep away from stoves and sinks to prevent humidity.

Use Clean Spoons: Avoid cross-contamination with wet or used spoons.

Lovely flavour although the first time we tried it my wife did realise the importance of over cooking the onions, they need to be slightly burned to get the full flavour. Next time it was gorgeous.

East at Home's Dopiaza, gotta say it's better than a curry house's dish, and of course surpasses by miles any jar version of a Dopiaza. Enough left for extras too, which when heated up, to taste even better!

Unbelievably easy to make an exceptional curry. Yes I added other spices of my choice, extra chilli and garlic. But other than a tin of tomato’s, chicken and onions there’s nothing else to do. A great meal in under 30 minutes
