Spices have a shelf life of around 6-12 months if kept in ideal conditions. They can be kept longer than this but will start to lose their pungency. 

STORAGE TIPS

Keep Cool, Dark & Dry: Store in a cool, dark cupboard away from sunlight.

Seal Tight: Ensure the packet is sealed tightly after each use or keep the spices in an airtight container such as a jar.

Avoid Moisture: Keep away from stoves and sinks to prevent humidity.

Use Clean Spoons: Avoid cross-contamination with wet or used spoons.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! ☆☆☆☆☆

I live alone so have to cook for myself if I want a reasonably healthy & balanced diet made up of enjoyable meals, I also grow my own food in my small garden, especially onions, garlic, tomatoes & herbs etc for my curries so I'm no stranger to the curry world & I also have quite a few health problems & I'm even physically disabled now. I love a curry & making them has become like a hobby... I have to push myself to do it but it's worth it when I can. 🙂
The East at Home range is incredibly handy when I'm not at my best and offers affordable great quality healthy ingredients that make a healthy, faster, less demanding & time consuming curry a real tasty option & I really love a proper curry. Everything they make is amazing & always come with clear instructions & storage advice with best before date etc but the spice kits are absolutely fantastic! The East at Home's chosen delivery service is very good & fast & their customer service which I have had to deal with on the odd occasion is second to none!
